License agreement

We provide two types of licenses for the digital products we sell. Please read this page carefully before making a purchase as it provides information on the license you need for your projects.

Personal License

The licensed asset or template can appear in your own projects only.

Can be used for:
  • Your own end products for sale
  • Your own websites and landing pages
CANNOT be used for:
  • Any projects that are not your own (eg. your client's project)
  • Creating derivative works to Resale or Sub-License in a way that is directly competitive with the original Licensed Asset (e.g. on-sell as a stock asset or template).

Commercial License

The licensed asset can appear in up to 10 clients' end products, but each instance must be substantially different.

Can be used for:
  • To create custom End Products on behalf of 10 clients
  • To use web templates for up to 10 client projects
CANNOT be used for:
  • Delivering End Products to over 10 clients
  • Creating derivative works to Resale or Sub-License in a way that is directly competitive with the original Licensed Asset (e.g. on-sell as a stock asset or template).
  • You may not under any circumstances re-sell or re-distribute the templates as your own in any capacity.
  • The commercial license is not a Private Label Rights, White Label, Resell Rights or Master Resell Rights product.
Personal License - Acceptable Usage Example

John is a personal trainer and is setting up a sales funnel for his own online fitness training course. He buys a Personal License and uses the templates to create content and setup his landing pages for his online course.

Because John is only using the templates for his own projects, he only needs to purchase a personal license.

Personal License - Prohibited Usage Example

Sarah is a freelance digital marketer who helps influencers record instructional videos to then create online courses to sell online.

Because Sarah only has a personal license she can only use the templates for her own projects and is prohibited from using the templates to create content for her influencer clients.

Commercial License - Acceptable Usage Example

Tyrone is a Facebook ads expert and helps his small business clients launch funnels to grow their business using Facebook ads and Clickfunnels.

Because Tyrone purchased a commercial license, he is entitled to customise and use each template in our marketplace up to 10 times on behalf of his clients.

If he exceeds the 10 unit limit, he will need to purchase an additional commercial license to continue using the templates for his clients.

Commercial License - Prohibited Usage Example

Tim makes a living selling digital products online and usually buys PLR products to rebrand and resell for a profit.

Although Tim has purchased a commercial license which allows him to use the templates to create individual customised templates and content for up to 10 clients, he is strictly prohibited from reselling and/or redistributing the templates in their original form or as derivative works.

The commercial license is not a Private Label Rights, White Label, Resell Rights or Master Resell Rights product.
